鸡心钮盖,小口短颈,壶体圆形,腹部一侧隆起,中心部位凸脐,一侧扁平,肩两侧有对称双系,便于穿带背起,故名。明代永乐、宣德晾德镇窑已有烧制,品种有青花、白釉。清代有仿制。
定窑双鱼形背壶
高21厘米,口径4.9厘米,足径9.5厘米
五代。胎色白而致密,釉色洁白微闪青,颈肩部有小开片和闪青黄色的垂浆痕。口部边缘及圈足底边无釉,足中心施釉。采用划花和堆贴技法,呈双鱼跃起状。鱼头为壶的口、颈、肩部,身为壶腹,尾为壶之圈足。壶口外侈,腹部扁圆,圈足外撇,器身釉下划鱼鱗纹,壶两侧堆塑双排鱼鳍纹,其上下均有半环系,圈足置孔,系孔相贯,以利穿系提携。此壶格调新颖,构思巧妙,具有唐代定窑瓷器之风格。1964年河北井陉出土。

款识:「顺治年制」青花四字双行楷书款 器形秀美,两鲤鱼连结一体。鲤鱼用釉里红和青花作装饰,模印而成,工艺精湛,发色典雅,十分难得。Johan Carl Kempe (1884-1967) 为瑞典十九世纪末二十世纪上半叶著名工业家,更是享誉全球的收藏家。他沉迷于中国文物,其金银器、白瓷和单色瓷的收藏颇为可观。早在1920年代Kempe伉俪便周游中国,期间收购了250件中国文物,为其收藏之肇始。时至今日,CK的收藏纪录已经成为中国文物在二十世纪以来流通和研究的重要参考。

胎洁白细腻而致密,通体施白釉,口缘及足部露胎,釉色白中闪青。造型成双鱼跃起状,鱼头为瓶的口、颈、肩部,身为瓶身,尾为瓶之圈足。瓶口外侈,腹部扁圆,圈足外撇。瓶身饰满鱼鳞纹,两侧堆塑双排鱼鳍纹,上下均有环形系,圈足置孔,便于穿系提携。

An attractive piece in reasonable condition. The gilt base is detached and one of the leaf cast supports to the side is also detached which may benefit form professional attention to secure. The brasses are tarnished and have some slight rubbing to the gilding. The porcelain has some pitting commensurate with the firing process but otherwise is in good condition. With some minor old marks and scratches commensurate with age and use.

A fine piece in reasonable condition. The porcelain is a rich and varied blue. There is one restoration to the reverse of the porcelain fish in the centre. This is clearly visible and may benefit from attention according to taste. The gilt bronze mounts are cast very well and secure to the piece.
