历史演变

• 东汉：已经掌握了烧制黑釉的技术。
• 东晋：德清窑较为有名，其釉面光泽，色黑如漆。
• 唐代：唐代黑釉较为盛行。
• 宋代：宋代是黑釉的高峰时期。

明清时期：御器厂所烧黑釉器做工精细，多在纯净的黑釉上施以各种低温色彩，黑釉则成为各种美丽颜色的衬托。

of tulu ping form with the broad shoulder of the body tapering towards the flat base, surmounted by a short constricted neck and flared mouthrim, applied over all save for the unglazed base with a glossy warm brown glaze pooling in thick uneven drops around the foot, the body liberally decorated in russet splashes running down the sides and ringed by vivid blue haloes

吐魯瓶束頸巧緻，寬肩短腹，造形樸雅，僅見於北宋至金之間短暫時期，出自當時最重要之名窰。然存世罕見施以灑釉技法之吐魯瓶，此件拍品施褐釉，週身間灑暖醬色釉，兩者之間，融合暈染泛藍光，耀眼雋永，更是獨一無二。

比較四件黑釉褐斑吐魯瓶，其一刊於《世界陶磁全集．宋》，卷12，東京，1977年，編號246；另一件載於康蕊君，《玫茵堂中國陶瓷》，倫敦，1994-2010年，卷3，編號1510；紐約佳士得曾售一例，2001年3月20日，編號202，再次售於紐約蘇富比，2011年3月23日，編號517，錄於《Oriental Ceramics. The World’s Great Collections》，東京，1982年，卷8，圖版159；第四例於1971年3月26日售於紐約蘇富比，編號88。

吐魯瓶器形，可參考一件定窰牡丹紋瓶，藏於安宅收藏，列為日本重要文化財，載錄於《東洋陶磁の美．大阪市立東洋陶磁美術館コレクション》，大阪，2014年，圖版20；還有一件耀州窰柿釉瓶，2002年9月20日售於紐約佳士得，編號293，2011年3月23日售於紐約蘇富比，編號560。

磁州窰較常見吐魯瓶器形，然釉色紋飾多異於此件拍品，如三件白地黑釉花瓶，錄於蓑豐，《Freedom of Clay and Brush Through Seven Centuries in Northern China: Tz’u-chou Type Wares 960 – 1600 A.D》，印第安納波利美術館，印第安納波利，1980年，圖版87-89；一件白搔落牡丹紋瓶，曾展出於《白と黒の競演―中国．磁州窯系陶器の世界》，大阪市立美術館，大阪，2002年，編號34。

covered overall save for the rim with a glossy black glaze stopping above the foot to reveal the buff stoneware body, the base similarly glazed, Japanese wood box

Condition Report
An approx. 1.8 cm faint horizontal hairline with tiny losses to the mouthrim, possibly induced by firing as suggested by the shallow firing line below. Minor nibbles to the unglazed rims. Expected scratches and wear. Otherwise in overall good condition.

口沿隱約有一約1.8公分橫向沖線，有相關微磕，或乃窰燒所致，下方有一淺窰線。澀胎沿邊偶見微磕，表面有花痕及摩損，此外品相良好。
