狀況報告
– as stated in the catalogue the jade is accompanied by report no. 11658, dated 16th August 2015, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, London, stating that the jadeite jade is natural with no evidence of treatment;
– jade is semi translucent – semi-opaque towards one end;
– colour is a little paler than illustrated in the hard copy catalogue, colour is a mottled and varies across the stone, generally paler to the edges;
– internal features and crazing visible particularly when held up to a bright light, or under magnification;
– some light surface marks;
– hoop and mount with general surface scratching and nicking, hoop has been sized with piece inserted at base.
